Exceptions: Damaged Products

 

If your order arrives damaged during transit:


  • Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof Required: Email shop@completerenewal.co with your order number and clear photos of the damage and the original packaging.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will replace the damaged item(s) at no extra cost.

  • Please Note: No cash refunds are issued for damaged items.

 

Order Changes

 

Once orders are placed and confirmed, they cannot be modified, changed, or canceled. Please double-check your products and shipping address before submission.

 

Returned Packages (Incorrect Address)

 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed shipping address provided by the customer:


  • You will be refunded the product cost, minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping costs.

  • Re-shipping is not available for returned packages to ensure product integrity.

 

Lost or Missing Packages (Tracking Shows "Delivered")

 

Once tracking is assigned to the package, Complete Renewal is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages if the tracking status shows "Delivered."


  • Action: Check with your local post office, neighbors, or building management immediately.

  • If the issue is unresolved, file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS). We can provide the shipment details to assist your claim.
