    Handcrafted Quality: Our products are meticulously handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality and integrity.

     

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) for your order to be processed, poured, and packaged before it is shipped.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. A second email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

 

  • Shipping Carriers: We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Rate Calculation: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and your shipping address.

  • Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed (not including weekends or holidays). Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays.

 

International Shipping

 

At this time, Complete Renewal ships exclusively within the United States. We look forward to expanding our renewal mission globally in the future.

 

Shipping Accuracy Responsibility

 

  • The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.

  • Complete Renewal is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Please refer to our Refund Policy regarding packages returned due to incorrect addresses.
