Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

 

3. Products and Services

 

  • Product Availability and Descriptions: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear at the store as accurately as possible.

  • Handcrafted Nature: You acknowledge that all of our products are handmade in small batches. As such, slight variations in weight, color, texture (especially butters that may melt), or design are normal and expected, and do not constitute a defect or affect product quality.

  • No Medical Claims (Disclaimer): You acknowledge that Complete Renewal products are cosmetic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any information or statements regarding our products are for educational purposes only. (Refer to our full Medical & Health Claims Disclaimer).

  • Accuracy of Information: We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

 

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

 

5. Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

 

  • NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES: Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our products and for hygiene and integrity reasons, we maintain a strict NO REFUND, NO RETURN, AND NO EXCHANGE policy on all purchases, except for products damaged in transit (see below).

  • Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will replace the damaged item(s) only; we do not issue cash refunds for damaged items.

  • Shipping Responsibility: You acknowledge that Complete Renewal is not responsible for packages once tracking is assigned to the carrier, including lost, missing, or stolen packages. You agree to file claims directly with the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) if tracking shows "Delivered" but the package was not received.

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed shipping address provided by the customer, you will be refunded the product cost, minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping costs. Re-shipping is not available.

 

6. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

 

  • If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example, contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

  • We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
