Complete Renewal was born from a deeply personal wellness journey.

After experiencing severe hormonal imbalance that left my skin feeling reactive, inflamed, and sensitive, I began searching for gentler ways to care for my body and skin. Along the way, I became more intentional about the ingredients found in many everyday beauty and personal care products and started creating simpler, plant-based alternatives rooted in wellness, nourishment, and restoration.

My approach to wellness has been shaped by both education and heritage — drawing from my background in science, nutrition, herbal wellness, and my current training toward Board Certification as a health and wellness coach, as well as the natural remedies and community-centered care I grew up around after immigrating from Haiti at a young age.

As a woman of faith, I believe true wellness is holistic — caring for the body, mind, and spirit together. That belief became the foundation of Complete Renewal.

What began as a personal journey slowly grew into a family-owned wellness skincare brand created to help women slow down, care for themselves intentionally, and experience moments of restoration in the middle of everyday life.

Today, every product we create is designed with purpose, gentleness, and intentional care in mind — from our plant-based skincare rituals to our wellness-inspired self-care and gifting experiences.
