Q: Are your products truly "clean" or "non-toxic"? A: Yes. We are committed to Natural Living & Purity. Our products are meticulously formulated to be free from harsh chemicals, including formaldehyde, parabens, sulfates, and synthetic additives, providing solutions you can trust.


 

2. Product Use & Efficacy

 

Q: What products do you recommend for dark spots and hyperpigmentation? A: We highly recommend our signature anti-dark spot system, including the GLOW Turmeric & Vitamin C Serum and the Turmeric Aloe Soap Bar, which are formulated to visibly reduce the appearance of sun spots and acne scars.

Q: Can men use Complete Renewal products? Do you offer products for them? A: Yes, absolutely! All of our products are suitable for men. They particularly love the soothing benefits of the Oatmeal Soap Bar and the unique scent of the Patchouli Lavender Soap. We even offer a dedicated gift box just for men—making holiday shopping easy!

Q: Can I use your soap and serum on my sensitive or irritated skin? A: Yes. Our Oatmeal & Chamomile Soap Bar is infused with soothing ingredients like colloidal oatmeal and chamomile to provide gentle, calming relief for irritated and sensitive skin.

Q: Why do your body butters sometimes change consistency? A: Our products are handcrafted and use natural ingredients like raw shea butter. Whipped butters and balms may melt during warm weather or transit. If this occurs, simply refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to re-solidify. The texture may change, but the product's quality and efficacy remain unchanged.

4. Orders, Shipping & Returns

 

Q: What is your return, refund, and exchange policy? A: Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products and for hygiene and integrity reasons, we maintain a STRICT NO REFUND, NO RETURN, AND NO EXCHANGE POLICY on all purchases.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged? A: If your order arrives damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@completerenewal.co. We will replace the item(s) at no extra cost.

Q: How long does processing and shipping take? A: Please allow 3–5 business days for your handcrafted order to be processed before it ships. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days after processing.
