Exceptions: Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged during transit:
Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof Required: Email shop@completerenewal.co with your order number and clear photos of the damage and the original packaging.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will replace the damaged item(s) at no extra cost.
Please Note: No cash refunds are issued for damaged items.
Order Changes
Once orders are placed and confirmed, they cannot be modified, changed, or canceled. Please double-check your products and shipping address before submission.
Returned Packages (Incorrect Address)
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unclaimed shipping address provided by the customer:
You will be refunded the product cost, minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping costs.
Re-shipping is not available for returned packages to ensure product integrity.
Lost or Missing Packages (Tracking Shows "Delivered")
Once tracking is assigned to the package, Complete Renewal is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages if the tracking status shows "Delivered."
Action: Check with your local post office, neighbors, or building management immediately.
If the issue is unresolved, file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS). We can provide the shipment details to assist your claim.
Melted Butters: Whipped butters and balms may melt during warm transit. If melted, refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to re-solidify. The effectiveness of the product remains unchanged.No refunds or replacements are issued for melted items.
Color Variations: Expect slight, normal differences in color due to natural ingredients (e.g., turmeric, shea butter). This is normal and does not affect product quality or efficacy.

I absolutely love this product! My niece uses it on her daughter after her shower, and it has become one of her favorite parts of her bedtime routine. The lavender scent is so calming, and she falls asleep incredibly quickly afterward!
I also love that it comes in a convenient 2-ounce size. It’s perfect for traveling and easy to take through TSA without having to worry about carrying a larger bottle.
I can’t speak to exactly how much magnesium is in the product, but based on my niece’s experience using it on her daughter, it has been very effective as part of her bedtime routine. The combination of the soothing lavender and the easy-to-use size makes this a product we definitely enjoy having around!
Been using this product on my baby the past few weeks with a few other products and he have not had any negative reactions towards the butter. Love that only quality ingredients are used in this butter. It also have a pleasant natural smell which I love since my baby cannot use anything with fragrance.
