First of all, the seller has STELLAR customer service — she truly cares about you as a customer and is extremely courteous. Secondly, I received my order in a very timely fashion — less than the expected time frame. Thirdly, I appreciate the beautiful stationary, the added surprise, the lovely packaging and the presentation of her brand!
Lastly, I love the smell of this butter and I can truly say that the few dark spots I have are, beginning to fade — it’s not a quick fix, but will take patience, which is a good thing because I can trust the integrity of her products since they are completely natural with no chemicals at all.
So, I have no complaints & if I did have a concern, I would share it directly to the seller b/c her level of care deserves grace. I will try to keep you all posted w/photos next time.
